Industry Audit

I am still awaiting the ok to publish the report of last Thursday's meeting at the CSIRO Geelong Division. So I am sorry, but you'll just have to wait and maybe some time, for I am off on a holiday for a couple of weeks.

Even though I am unable to publish the report, it does not mean that nothing has been happening. I have set the wheels in motion to conduct an industry audit of processors and value adders of specialty fibres. If you are asked to participate by filling out a questionnaire, please do so, as the information provided will help us gain the resources needed from Government to see that our industry has a dedicated scour for specialty fibres.It will also help us to establish an effective national body to represent the industry. Usually governments don't deal with hotch potch groups like ours....we have been very fortunate!

I'll let you know (through the blog) when the questionnaire is being circulated. If you do not receive a copy and value add or process specialty fibres and would like to participate in the audit please contact me.
